Harrachov is one of the most essential czech centres of mountain hiking and skiing; numerous winter sport events take place there regularly, and it is known for the internationally used ski jumping facilities.

From 20 december to 3 january and during february there is a least stay of 3 days applicable. All children up to 15 years are each charged 50% of the room rate per night when staying with a parent.
