General Description: Euroagentur downtown suites* is a small, luxurious and graceful residence located in a quiet part of prague, close to the historical centre, big shopping centers and parks. The centre of prague is well accessible by public convey – tram stops are located within 2 minutes walking distance from the residence and parking is available directly on the premises of the building or in nearby parking lots. This makes the residence an ideal place for both long and short term accommodation. From the centre of prague, the residence can also be reached on foot through adjacent parks; by trams it is about 10 minutes. Professional approach is provided by trained personnel of the residence, services focus specifically on business clients, families with children and demanding guests. Guests will find quiet accommodation provided in 12 residential apartments – mainly twofold or triple rooms, spacious and comfortably furnished, with kitchen corner and accessory equipment. In the residence, there is a smaller conference room for up to 30 folk with standard technical equipment available for business clients. For smaller groups there are 2 petite separated rooms for 10 and 15 people. For a fee it is workable to rent a laptop for both business meetings and private purposes. International papers are available and high-speed wireless internet connection is provided in the entire building. After a demanding day, guests can relax in a private whirlpool with sauna or in a wellness centre. Parks adjacent to one of the prague´s vineyards, abundant sporting facilities nearby, abundant cultural monuments and near restaurants make the place ideal for a quiet stay in prague, in direct contact with the everyday prague life, outside the main tourist centre.
